What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations require at least 24 business hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a $50 fee
What is Rivapsych’s approach to medication management?
Rivapsych prioritizes non-scheduled medications and evidence-based alternatives. We do not offer scheduled or controlled medication.
How are medication refills handled?
Patients must contact the office at least three business days before running out of medication. Routine requests are not addressed after hours or during weekends
How is my privacy protected??
